    • – We have designed our scheduling to allow ample time for relaxation and tranquility during your  services. Please assist us by arriving 15 minutes early for your appointments.

    • – If you arrive late for your appointment, please understand that you may not receive your full treatment time due to other scheduled appointments.

    • – In order to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please refrain from using cell phones in the day spa.

    • – For your child’s safety and for the relaxation of other clients, we ask that you refrain from bringing children and other guests to the spa who are not receiving services.

    • – We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation or we reserve the right to payment on booked services.

    • – We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks or cash for payment.

    • – When making payment, please keep gratuities separate. Please note gratuities are not included and can only be accepted as cash or personal check to the technician.

    • – Return Policy – We will refund the full cost of retail products if returned unopened with 14 days of purchase.

    • – All clients are required to complete and sign a spa intake/consent form. Clients under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian sign consent form.
